Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will partner with plant leadership to understand operational and financial performance drivers, analyze manufacturing costs, and develop financial analyses to support operational decisions.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will work closely with operations and finance leaders to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and support continuous improvement efforts across the facility.

Requirements

• One or more years of experience in finance, accounting, operations analysis, or a related analytical role;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field;
• Internship or professional experience in manufacturing, operations, accounting, or finance;
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or other reporting and analytics systems;
• Financial modeling and data analysis experience;
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, internships, organizations, athletics, or work experience;
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or plans to pursue professional development credentials.
