Senior Financial Analyst – Operations Finance

Role Overview

Support the rapid expansion of the Connectivity business within the Optical Solutions Business Unit by working directly with leaders across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and engineering. Use financial and operational data to help the business make better decisions.

What You Will Do

Serve as a finance business partner, turn financial and operational data into recommendations, partner with supply chain and operations teams, evaluate customer opportunities, and develop models and business scenarios.

The role requires a finance professional with experience in finance, FP&A, operations finance, or comparable analytical experience, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Progressive experience in finance, FP&A, operations finance, manufacturing finance, or comparable analytical experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance functions
• Finance experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, supply-chain, or operations organization
• Demonstrated experience using financial analysis to support business or operational decision-making
• SAP experience
• Experience using Snowflake or automation, AI, data visualization, or analytics tools
