Unanet CRM Administrator

Role Overview

Anchor QEA is seeking an experienced Unanet CRM Administrator to support the company’s continued growth. The role will serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for Anchor QEA’s CRM platform, Unanet. The Unanet CRM Administrator will strengthen the systems, data, workflows, reporting, integrations, and user practices that support business development across the firm.

What You Will Do

The primary objective of this role is to transform CRM data into trusted, actionable business intelligence that increases visibility into client relationships, sales activity, pursuits, pipeline, and forecasts. The successful candidate will bring significant hands-on Unanet CRM experience within the AEC consulting or professional services industry.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in CRM administration, CRM analysis, sales operations, marketing systems, business intelligence, or a related field. They will have experience administering Unanet CRM by Cosential in an enterprise or multi-office environment and strong knowledge of AEC business development processes.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in CRM administration, CRM analysis, sales operations, marketing systems, business intelligence, or a related field
• Significant hands-on experience administering Unanet CRM by Cosential in an enterprise or multi-office environment
• Experience in the AEC consulting or a comparable project-based professional services industry
• Strong knowledge of AEC business development processes, including client management, opportunity tracking, pursuit stages, proposals, hit rates, forecasting, and opportunity-to-project conversion
