Role Overview

The Associate, Business & Revenue Operations will partner across the business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools and systems that support growth and business operations teams. The role will own data hygiene, generate critical analyses, and directly impact the Business Line’s economics.

What You Will Do

The Associate will build and iterate on planning, forecasting, and operational processes, develop bespoke analyses, and partner with Business Development, Production, and Mission Operations to manage dynamic changes to forecast. They will work with large, imperfect datasets to surface insights, turn unclear problems into structured insights, and prepare concise materials for leadership reviews.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an investment banking, management consulting, or internal strategy & operations role
• High ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data
• Ability to move between details and the big picture as needed
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

• US Salary Range: $112,000—$149,000 USD
