Role Overview
The Financial Data Operations Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to improve decision making and optimize outcomes by building sophisticated finance tools and templates, integrating finance workflows with data platforms, and driving user adoption and enablement.
What You Will Do
The engineer will build Excel-based solutions, data integrations, and AI-powered workflows to eliminate manual data gathering and entry, integrate finance workflows with data platforms, and support finance users through office hours, bootcamps, and training.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a finance, operations, or data analysis role
- deep understanding of data stack tools: Databricks or Palantir Foundry or dbt, Redshift, Looker/Tableau, Dagster
- ability to thrive in cross-functional projects with heavy technical requirements and user-focused workflows
- empathetic and able to see the world from users’ perspective
- energized by business impact and a self-starter
