RCM Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The RCM Enablement Manager will lead the enablement and delivery of our Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) programme for AMP8 and beyond. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll influence how we maintain a vast asset base, ensuring improved reliability, performance, and long-term efficiency.

What You Will Do

The key responsibilities of the RCM Enablement Manager include leading the development and delivery of the RCM strategy and roadmap, defining and implementing structured maintenance methodologies, driving the transition from reactive to proactive and condition-based maintenance approaches, and ensuring maintenance strategies are supported by accurate, structured asset data and digital tools.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification/or equivalent in engineering or a related discipline
• Strong leadership experience
• Proven experience in maintenance strategy, asset health, or reliability engineering
• In-depth knowledge of RCM, FMECA, RCA, and reliability analysis techniques
• Strong understanding of water treatment, MEICA systems, and asset operations
