Requirements
- Extensive industry experience (typically 10+ years) in Marketing, Brand, or PR, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Expertise in multi-touch attribution, complex budget allocation, and marketing tech stacks (CRM, CMS).
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring mid-level managers and building consensus across silos.
- Strong strategic thinking ability to translate a 5-year vision into executable roadmaps.
- Mastery of brand voice and a deep understanding of global market sentiment and cultural nuance.
