Role Overview
Anthropic is looking for a Contracts Manager to support commercial and technology transactions. The role will partner with GTM teams on enterprise customer deals, review and draft contracts, and build contracting processes to scale.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include drafting, analyzing, negotiating, and closing complex commercial and procurement transactions, proposing scalable solutions, and working with business units and legal team members to streamline contract management.

Requirements
- substantial experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in support of technology transactions, sales organizations, or partnerships
- self-starter who spots what needs doing, takes ownership, and manages complex contractual matters and competing deadlines autonomously
- substantive knowledge of software agreements, reseller agreements, services agreements, strategic partnerships, and general contract terms
- comfortable and confident in front of customers and senior stakeholders in live settings
- ability to explain contract issues clearly and concisely, without legalese
