Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in communication strategy, digital marketing, or video production planning
• At least 2–3 years in a dedicated managerial or team-leading capacity
• A proven track record of planning and managing successful, large-scale communication campaigns and video productions
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, video trends, and digital metrics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
• Good budget management skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
