Role Overview

The Senior Growth Consultant is responsible for driving growth and brand engagement strategies for Coldwell Banker franchisees within a defined territory. The role focuses on retention, growth, and optimization, with an emphasis on driving measurable business outcomes through a highly consultative approach.

The Senior Growth Consultant will support high-expectation organizations, lead field support, identify opportunities for growth, drive key metrics, and develop and implement growth strategies to expand franchise footprints and increase market share.

• Excellent organizational and change management skills
