Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time Director, Shopping Revenue Strategy to join our dynamic team. This role will report directly to the CEO and be in charge of creating and implementing strategies for maximizing affiliate and commerce revenue on Apartment Therapy, The Kitchn, Cubby, and Dorm Therapy.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations with the Editorial Director of the Shopping Team, managing a small team, forecasting and measuring annual, quarterly, and monthly Shopping revenue goals, and ensuring the consistent growth of the paid media revenue stream.

Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce and shopping strategy
- Previous experience working at a consumer publisher strongly preferred
- Familiarity with paid media trends and best practices
- Analytically driven, with a proven track record of successful partnership development
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on retail key performance metrics & ROAS (return on ad spend) goals and guarantees
- Strong writing & communication skills, able to work with executives and new professionals alike to easily explain complex concepts and influence decision-makers
- Self-starter, team player, and strong collaborator
- Strong experience with platforms like Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Trackonomics, Commission Junction, Impact Radius and Amazon Associates.
