Role Overview
The Gatos team is a cross-discipline production and research data annotation team within Video Engineering. The role involves owning annotation projects from start to finish, working with algorithm teams, and designing AI-assisted labeling workflows.
What You Will Do
Work with algorithm teams to define success metrics, own annotation projects, design and implement AI-assisted labeling workflows, measure impact, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has experience delivering data for machine learning, defining annotation tasks, and working hands-on with data and technical tools. They should also have experience with model-assisted labeling and pseudo-labeling, and be able to communicate effectively across time zones.
Requirements
- BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
- Experience delivering data for machine learning
- Experience defining annotation tasks, labeling guidelines, and quality metrics
- Experience serving as the accountable owner for projects that span multiple teams
- Experience working hands-on with data and technical tools
