Etch Service Business and Marketing Manager (E5)

Role Overview

The Etch Service Business and Marketing Manager is responsible for the business strategy, product roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle management of service products supporting the global Etch installed base. This individual serves as a recognized subject matter expert and business owner for assigned service products and growth initiatives.

What You Will Do

Define and execute business and marketing strategies for assigned Etch service products, programs, and market segments. Identify market opportunities and future customer requirements through analysis of customer roadmaps, technology transitions, installed-base data, service entitlements, and competitive dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, product management, service marketing, business development, or a related commercial function.
• Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and commercialization plans.
• Experience translating customer requirements and market insights into differentiated products, services, or business opportunities.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including forecasting, pricing, profitability analysis, and return-on-investment assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
