Role Overview
The Revenue Operations team performs Bookings and Billings for Customers. The role involves creating opportunities, quotations, and booking and billings for multi-year agreements in ERP systems, maintaining contracts with accuracy, and escalating customer-facing issues.
What You Will Do
Create under supervision opportunities, quotations for customers, and booking and billings for multi-year agreements in ERP systems. Maintain Contracts under supervision with accuracy to enable Service Orders for customer support. Escalate when customer facing issues not being met.
