Sales Operations II – (B2)

We are looking for a Sales Operations II to join our team in Hsinchu, TWN. As a Sales Operations II, you will work within controls to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all sales and business reports, implement new business reports, train end users, and provide support for internal and external audits. You will also participate in achieving BU financial targets, extract financial data, and provide business continuity support.

Requirements

• Works within controls to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all sales and business reports
• Implements new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies and procedures.
• Trains and supports end users on accessing of reports
• Provide support for internal and external audits
• Works within controls to establish sales and business processes, standards & tools for sales
• Trains and supports end users on business processes and policies
• Provides business continuity support for any issues related to sales processes, CRM, forecast etc.
• Participates in achieving BU financial targets
• Extracts financial, statistical and other data from various information systems and other sources.
