Whatnot is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager, Compensation to translate sales strategy into tangible goals for the team and own the compensation model for incentive-based employees. The role will drive sales planning and quota targets, build net new compensation structures, and collaborate with Finance for accurate and timely commission payouts.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced organization
- Prior experience working with sales organizations and on sales compensation models
- Business acumen, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable understanding and manipulating data to take action on business insights
- SQL and dashboarding tools as part of daily work
