Serve as a strategic thought partner, drive cross-functional outcomes, align stakeholders, and synthesize data into clear narratives and recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined experience across product operations, business operations, business strategy, product management, and/or management consulting
• Proven ability to execute on a global scale, leading multiple concurrent large-scale programs and/or launching significant new products
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional leaders without direct authority
• Experience tackling cross-functional business problems end to end, from framing the question to driving a decision, and thriving in ambiguity
• Hands-on, everyday AI fluency, with sound judgment on where AI adds value, plus strong analytics and data-driven storytelling skills
