Market Intelligence Coordination

Role Overview

Lead and develop the Market Intelligence team, integrating audits, research, and sales force perceptions to transform data into recommendations for Marketing and Sales. Identify and dimension growth opportunities, monitoring trends and competitor movements, and anticipating scenarios, risks, and opportunities.

What You Will Do

Direct market research according to business challenges, deepening understanding of clients, competitive dynamics, and product positioning. Contribute to the construction of Marketing plans, with analyses on market potential, brand performance, and action priorities. Coordinate the construction of demand forecast, connecting statistical analysis, market context, and Marketing and Sales premises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, or related areas
• Experience in Market Intelligence in the pharmaceutical industry, supporting strategic Marketing and Sales decisions
• Experience in leadership and team development
• Knowledge of market audits and databases, such as IQVIA and Close-Up
• Experience in market dimensioning, competitor analysis, portfolio evaluation, and business opportunity identification
• Excel skills and experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI
• Business vision and ability to transform complex analyses into clear recommendations for different audiences
