GTM Product Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The GTM Product Enablement Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining a product and industry enablement program for Fynapse, a Finance ERP built around a Super Ledger. The role will involve designing and delivering enablement content, building certification programs, and coaching the team to reduce the time to first qualified opportunity.

What You Will Do

The GTM Product Enablement Manager will own the product and industry onboarding journey for every new GTM hire, design role-specific paths, and build in verification to ensure new hires are certified to run a first meeting unsupervised. The role will also involve teaching the value propositions, buyer map, and business case construction to the team.
