Role Overview
Manage month-end close activities, financial reporting, book closure, and support internal/external audits while ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Drive FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of monthly management reports.
What You Will Do
Perform cash flow planning and analysis, monitor working capital, and provide financial support for plant controlling activities. Prepare and consolidate global reporting packs and Management Business Review (MBR) presentations for leadership reviews. Conduct product profitability analysis and provide actionable insights to improve margins, cost efficiencies, and business performance.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience
- CA or CA inter or MBA – finance qualification
- Experience in Month End Activities, Month-end reporting, Book Closure and Audit Support
- Worked on Cash flow and FP&A activities (Relating to plant controlling)
- Experience with global reporting, Budgeting, forecasting, MBR preparations
- Worked on product profitability analysis and NWC (Networking capital)
