Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is a key member of the Marketing Department, working on the creation and subsequent support of marketing initiatives both at a central and site level to ensure effective activation and ongoing measurement of success.

What You Will Do

Manage meal plan sales and summer orientations to drive revenue, manage events/programming calendar and aspects of the dining website, support the development of Aramark category and brand strategies, and support the planning of an annual marketing plan.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, food service experience is beneficial, and strong project management experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, nutrition, food science, or business
  • Strong project management experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Ability to efficiently utilize social media and MS Office to accomplish work tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills including strong writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
