Role Overview
The Head of Revenue Operations will own the systems, tools, and cadences that make pipeline reviews, forecasting, and reporting consistent and accurate across the entire commercial team. This person will be the accountable owner of the tech stack and roadmap, partnering closely with Product and Tech to build the AI-native operating system rather than building it in isolation. The role requires execution-oriented individuals who can work in the tools themselves, setting the strategy, systems, and rigor that let Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance move as one aligned, predictable engine.
