Role Overview

The Team Lead – Revenue Ops will be responsible for leading a team of revenue operations professionals. The role requires a strong understanding of utility data, AI-powered analytics, and expert advisory to help enterprise teams save money, mitigate risk, and cut carbon. The team lead will be responsible for problem-solving, risk identification, process improvement, product development, people management, leadership, and reporting.

What You Will Do

The Team Lead – Revenue Ops will ensure adherence to existing processes, facilitate root cause analysis, collaborate with customer support teams, lead best practices for project management, manage customer accounts, identify capacity requirements, collaborate with account management teams, and provide feedback to product management teams.

The ideal candidate will have a background in SaaS company/FinTech/BPO, at least 5 years of professional service experience, and experience as a Team Lead. The candidate should have strong knowledge in RCA, KRA, and Benchmarking, experience in customer account/relationship management, escalation handling, good communication and articulation skills, and experience managing large-scale projects.

Requirements

  • Degree graduates in BE/B.Tech, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, and Commerce
  • Background in SaaS company / FinTech / BPO
  • >= 5 years of professional service with at least 3 years as a Team Lead on papers, solution implementation and/or technical support experience
  • Data Proficiency: Handling utility data; Microsoft Office Suite, Software exposure such as SQL, Python, JIRA, Tableau, R and Power BI
  • Strong knowledge in RCA, KRA and Benchmarking
  • Experience in customer account/relationship management, Escalation handling, good communication and articulation skills
  • Experience managing large scale projects, ability to adapt to changing work environments and priorities
  • Very strong goal orientation, work ethic and sense of personal accountability
  • High energy, passion, motivational skills, team building skills and a strong ability to work with minimal direction and guidance
