Area Manager & Business Growth Leader (Water/Wastewater)

Role Overview

Arcadis is seeking an Area Manager and Business Growth Leader to lead strategy implementation and drive organic growth across the integrated water business in Tennessee and Northern Alabama. The successful candidate will utilize their knowledge and expertise of the municipal water sector to win and execute a growing portfolio of industry-leading projects.

What You Will Do

As the Area Manager and Business Growth Leader, you will lead our established team to execute our project backlog, drive business growth, and oversee people management activities. You will also collaborate with other Area Managers and parts of the organization to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and foster business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in water / wastewater / stormwater project management, design management, business operations, or related.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• P.E. License or ability to obtain in 6 months
