Business Development Manager – Claims

Role Overview

Arcadis is seeking a Business Development Manager – Claims to lead the growth of our Claims, Disputes, and Change Management practice across the Western United States. The role involves leveraging industry network, market knowledge, and strategic business development expertise to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and expand our presence across transportation, infrastructure, water, energy, and buildings markets.

What You Will Do

Drive business development initiatives and market expansion strategies, develop and strengthen relationships with owners, contractors, attorneys, program managers, and project executives, identify and pursue opportunities within major capital programs and complex infrastructure projects, lead strategic pursuits, proposals, presentations, and client engagement activities, and partner with subject matter experts to deliver innovative claims, dispute resolution, and change management solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, project controls, claims consulting, dispute resolution, change management, or related advisory services
• Proven success in business development, account growth, and client relationship management
• Established industry network within infrastructure, transportation, engineering, consulting, legal, or construction sectors
• Strong understanding of claims, project controls, schedule analysis, dispute resolution, and capital project delivery
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
