Analyst-Financial Operations

Role Overview

As an Analyst-Financial Operations at Arcesium, you will be accountable for daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations, as well as investigating and explaining P&L movements to investment managers. You will collaborate with internal groups to resolve discrepancies and provide support for outstanding breaks for finalization of month-end reconciliations.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reconciliations of GAV/NAV with fund administrators, collaborating with technology teams on special projects, and working on bespoke reporting requirements and UAT.

Requirements

• MBA (Finance)/CFA/CA or an equivalent qualification
• Up to 2 years’ of experience in fund accounting and operations
• Working proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience working with a variety of financial instruments spanning across geographies
• A drive to work with minimal supervision and the ability to work well in teams
• An eye for detail and champion process efficiencies
• Ability to communicate effectively and accurately
