Demand Generation Manager

Role Overview

Arcesium is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join its Client and Partner Development team to plan, build, launch, and measure demand generation campaigns. The role requires experience in managing email campaigns, project management, and social media support. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in managing email campaigns.

What You Will Do

The Demand Generation Manager will support the development of end-to-end demand generation campaigns, including building and deploying campaigns and emails in the marketing automation platform, maintaining ongoing nurture programs, and supporting additional campaigns as needed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in demand generation
• Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in a marketing automation platform (HubSpot experience strongly preferred)
• Strong project management skills (ClickUp experience a plus)
• Working knowledge of email deliverability and list health, A/B and multivariate testing, and campaign analytics
• Experience with LinkedIn and social media in a B2B setting, and comfort partnering with sales teams
• Exceptional written communication and uncompromising attention to detail
• Experience in financial services or financial technology marketing is a plus
• A demonstrated record of using AI to make marketing campaigns work more efficiently
