Market Growth Manager

Role Overview

Market Growth Managers are leaders at ArchWell Health responsible for growing the patient base in the communities they serve. They manage a team of up to 12 Membership Consultants and 2 Community Relations Specialists across multiple clinic locations.

What You Will Do

Develop market strategy, build and manage a team, develop B2B relationships, lead market outreach and marketing initiatives, advocate for the market and team, and build relationships with other healthcare providers and marketing partners.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Prior management experience in Medicare Advantage sales or working with seniors is helpful, but not required. ArchWell Health is open to great sales leadership from many walks of life.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 4+ years’ Sales or Community Relations experience
• 1+ years’ supervisory experience in a metric driven environment
• Experience with a Medicare Advantage plan, FMO / benefits broker, or provider is preferred
• Experience working with or selling to the senior community or medically underserved preferred
• Valid drivers’ license
