Sales Operations – Order Management Specialist

Role Overview

The Sales Operations – Order Management Specialist plays a key role in executing day-to-day order and contract operations across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy in order processing, maintaining alignment with contract terms, and supporting some renewal quote generation.

What You Will Do

Process customer orders and enter accurate data into CRM and billing systems, review contracts and validate alignment with pricing, terms, and order details, ensure approvals are in place and orders meet internal policy requirements, and collaborate with Legal and Finance to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or similar role
• Experience with contracts, subscriptions, or SaaS billing
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
