Role Overview

The Operations Enablement Manager leads a team of Business Analysts to deliver data-driven insights, reporting, and tools that support the Technology Services organization.

The Operations Enablement Manager will lead and develop the department responsible for operational support, drive operational planning, performance management, and initiatives to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business operations, operational excellence, analytics, workforce planning, or field service operations
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing professional-level teams and driving operational results
• Strong working understanding of Microsoft tools, Airtable, Power BI, and Tableau Next
• Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and improve data reporting tools, leadership dashboards, and business operation models
