Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and commercializing technically differentiated growth opportunities for Organic Peroxides in the Americas (AMAS). They will act as the primary interface between the customer, R&D and commercial teams, leveraging technical expertise to accelerate innovation and build strategic customer partnerships.

What You Will Do

Develop and manage a rich pipeline of development opportunities, identify and develop new applications, technologies, and market opportunities, and lead joint development projects with strategic partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in R&D, Technical, or Business Development
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Processing, or Materials Science
  • Strong knowledge of chemistry and adept at communicating complex technical topics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at a high level
  • Expert in use of sales tools (Salesforce)
  • Demonstrated value pricing and negotiating skills
  • Comfortable applying project development tools & methodologies
