What You Will Do

Your job will include developing and optimizing the marketing and brand strategy, planning and controlling the marketing budget, leading a six-member marketing team, and creating and implementing innovative marketing campaigns across various channels.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in marketing with proven success, ideally in an industrial or technically oriented environment
• Experience in marketing of complex products and services
• Developed leadership skills and experience in leading, motivating, and further developing teams
• Strategic thinking combined with an analytical and data-driven working style
• High organizational skills and a structured and goal-oriented working style
• Communication skills, assertiveness, and a secure appearance
• Very good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
• Secure handling of the common MS-Office applications
• Self-initiative, creativity, and the ability to successfully implement innovative marketing approaches
• Experience in dealing with digital marketing tools and interest in modern technologies and KI-based solutions is an advantage
