Finance Systems and Automation Specialist

Role Overview

We are creating an exciting new role for a Finance Systems & Automation Specialist to manage and continuously improve the Group’s financial technology stack.

What You Will Do

Own the day-to-day administration and optimisation of NetSuite ERP, manage all finance systems, lead new finance automation and system implementation projects, and identify, scope and implement AI-driven automation across finance workflows.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We would expect candidates for this role to meet most or all of the following criteria: proven experience administering NetSuite Financials, hands-on experience with AP automation platforms, experience of working in a multi-currency environment, and genuine interest in AI automation tools applied to finance processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience administering NetSuite Financials in a finance environment
• Hands-on experience with Zip/Tipalti or a comparable AP automation platform
• Experience of working in a multi-currency environment and a clear understanding of FX
• Genuine interest in and practical experience of AI automation tools applied to finance processes
• Ability to produce clear, professional process documentation and walkthroughs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Finance background or accounting qualification
