What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include validating and preparing data for sales compensation calculations, performing quality checks, and supporting data uploads and validations within sales compensation systems.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, data entry, or operations support role
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) experience, including reporting, data management, pipeline oversight, and maintaining data integrity
- Proficient in English, written and spoken
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and repeat processes consistently
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data
