Role Overview

The Director of Business Development will be the operational engine behind partnership growth, owning systems, conference programs, and executive materials to make the business development team effective.

What You Will Do

The core of the job is building and running the engine that the whole Business Development function depends on, including owning HubSpot, keeping the pipeline and forecast accurate, running industry conferences, and building proposals and research to advance partner conversations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in business development, sales operations, or partnerships
  • Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience

  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • The maturity to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
