Sales Operations Associate (Benelux)

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Associate executes daily operational tasks within a global environment, focusing on order processing, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction and policy compliance.

What You Will Do

Process customer orders, manage the full order lifecycle, respond to inquiries, manage customer quote activities, maintain control of the open backlog of orders, meet established Service Level Agreements, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, 1–3 years of experience in sales operations or customer service, and hands-on experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
