Asana is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Growth Ops to help scale their self-serve and product-led growth engine. The role involves owning systems, data flows, and operational foundations to connect product engagement to audience activation, lifecycle enablement, lead management, and business insight.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Marketing Operations experience in a B2B SaaS organization
- Strong systems thinking and experience in marketing operations, growth operations, lifecycle operations, or revenue operations within a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience working across product-led or self-serve funnels, utilizing go-to-market systems such as CDPs, CRMs, and lifecycle marketing automation platforms
- Analytical foundation to partner effectively with Data Science and Analytics stakeholders on scoring models, data quality, and funnel investigations
- Communication skills to translate operational complexity into practical, executive recommendations
