Campaign Assistant – Digital Ad Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Assistant to join the Asda Media team at Asda House. You will support the end-to-end delivery of digital retail media campaigns across Asda’s onsite and offsite channels.

What You Will Do

You will monitor campaign performance, identify delivery risks and support the team in making timely optimisations to maximise results and media revenue. You will also help maintain accurate campaign records, produce performance reporting and continually improve the processes used to plan and deliver our digital media activity.

Requirements

• Experience in digital media, ecommerce, marketing, campaign operations or a similar role
• An understanding of digital campaign delivery, including trafficking, monitoring, optimisation and reporting
• Awareness of onsite and offsite media channels, such as sponsored products, digital display, programmatic media or paid social
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines accurately
• Comfortable working with campaign data and using it to identify issues and opportunities
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a wider, cross-functional team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities, platforms and processes continue to evolve
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new media platforms and technology
