Role Overview

The Retail Sales Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the retail sales team while driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What You Will Do

Lead and coach Retail Sales Associates to meet and exceed sales goals and key performance metrics, maintain a visible presence on the sales floor, and support daily store operations.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience
