Our locally owned and operated Ashley Furniture store in Clovis, NM has a big goal: to be the best Ashley in the world! We’re looking for an experienced, motivated leader who shares that ambition and is ready to lead by example to develop a strong sales team.
What You Will Do
Drive Store Sales Performance, Serve as Keyholder, Review Sales Transactions, Plan and Execute Sales Events, Promote the Business, and Assist with Recruiting.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3+ Years of Sales Management or Retail Leadership Experience, Proven Sales Experience, Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational Skills, and the ability to Lead and Coach Sales Specialists.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of Sales Management or Retail Leadership Experience Preferred
- Proven Sales Experience and a Track Record of Meeting Goals
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
- Ability to Lead and Coach Sales Specialists and Facilitate a Positive Culture
- Comfortable working with sales metrics, retail calculations, and consumer financing options
- Bilingual a Plus
