Role Overview
The Director, Business Development is a senior strategic leader responsible for defining and driving ASM’s global business growth. This role shapes long-term market direction, influences technology and product roadmaps, and forges deep, executive-level customer partnerships to maximize adoption, market share, and profitability.

Define and execute the global growth strategy, shape the multi-year business vision, and lead product launch strategies from concept to commercialization.

Requirements
- MS in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 10 years in semiconductor capital equipment or relevant industry
- Deep technical and commercial experience with thin-film deposition
- Experience with semiconductor equipment sales, marketing, product management, or business development
