Act as a Service Specialist, adapting ASML’s 3C values and supporting global time tracking operations, country change requests, and stakeholder management.

Support time tracking operations, manage country change requests, communicate with stakeholders, and support documentation and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant HR service experience or related experience

- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication and logical thinking
- Be proactive and aggressive
- AI adaption, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Power Tool
