HR Data Analyst

Role Overview

The HR Data Analyst will work in a small, collaborative team across the full analytics process, turning complex HR data into clear insights and practical reporting solutions. The role is initially limited to two years, with the possibility that a longer-term opportunity may arise.

What You Will Do

As an HR Data Analyst, you will manage the end-to-end HR data analytics process, analyze HR data, develop and maintain reports, dashboards, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses for HR and other internal stakeholders, and identify and implement suitable technical solutions for data preparation, analytics, reporting, and visualization.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, economics, sociology, psychology, data science or another field with a strong analytical or research component.
• Professional experience in HR analytics, HR controlling, data analytics, or a comparable field.
• Experience using modern analytics technologies to prepare, connect, analyze, and visualize data.
• Experience working with complex datasets and an understanding of data preparation, data quality, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Fluent German and English.
