Data Analyst – CLS

Role Overview

Aspire Software is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Lebanon. The role involves working with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Payments, and Finance to understand how the business operates and turn messy data into scalable systems.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will become one of the key owners of revenue data and HubSpot environment, helping to establish reliable reporting and KPI infrastructure, improve data accuracy and usability, and create trusted datasets and dashboards for leadership.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical role
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot
• Experience working with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or broader GTM organizations
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience building dashboards and reporting using BI or visualization tools
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where not everything has already been built
• AI & Automation Experience: experience experimenting with or building solutions using AI agents and agentic workflows, Large language models, APIs and webhooks, Workflow automation platforms, Python or JavaScript, Structured prompts and tool calling, Data enrichment and research automation, Connecting AI models to business applications and internal data
