Ameristar Perimeter Security USA is looking for a Business Development Specialist for Education. The primary function of this position is to create long-term value through building mutually beneficial relationships influencing loyalty within the education vertical.
Requirements
- Conduct research to gain knowledge and direction for the market
- Develop a business plan and outline goals annually
- Work with marketing department to develop and implement vertical market specific collateral
- Collaborate and communicate with the sales team to develop and maintain key account and partner relationships
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and creative problem solving skills
- Attend industry related tradeshows and conferences as well as partnership summits and open houses
- Develop a network of strong contacts within the education vertical in the Western half of the country
- Possess PSP Certification or be willing to obtain
