Senior People Partner (HRBP), GTM & Operations

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior People Partner to be the trusted advisor to our GTM and operations leaders on everything involving people: how teams are organized, how performance is managed, how issues are resolved, and how we keep our best people as we scale.

What You Will Do

Work with GTM and operations leaders on team structures, headcount planning, role definitions, reorgs, territory changes, and leadership transitions, bringing a clear point of view on what the organization needs at the next stage.

Why It Might Be a Fit

5+ years in People Partner or HRBP roles supporting GTM, customer success, or operations teams, including advising CROs and senior functional leaders and leading or mentoring other partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years in People Partner or HRBP roles supporting GTM, customer success, or operations teams
• Experience in the seat while a company scaled, ideally from roughly 250 to 1,000+ employees
• Executive presence: you give senior leaders direct, well-reasoned advice, including when they don’t want to hear it, and keep their trust
• A track record running calibrations and promotion processes for quota-carrying and customer-facing roles and making hard calls with incomplete information
• A working understanding of how sales comp plans, quotas, and ramp work, and how they shape behavior and retention
• Experience running investigations and resolving complex employee relations situations, and judgment on when to bring in Legal or outside counsel
• Daily use of AI in your own work, with opinions on what works and what doesn’t
• Ownership: you don’t wait for a process to exist, and you are energized by building a function while the company scales
