FP&A Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced FP&A leader to lead and develop the FP&A team while partnering with operational and executive leadership. This role will drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning to help improve business performance and support continued growth.

What You Will Do

Lead and develop the FP&A team, own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, analyze financial and operational performance, trends, risks, and opportunities, develop KPIs, scorecards, and financial models, partner with leadership to turn financial data into actionable business decisions, lead scenario analysis and strategic financial projects, improve reporting and FP&A processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting experience
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Experience partnering with Senior and operational leadership
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
