Role Overview

The Breast Cancer Brand Manager will lead the strategy and action plan for the brand, maximizing impact in the market and benefit for patients through innovative and omnichannel tactics. The role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare environment, access to medicines processes, patient journey, and competitor dynamics.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will lead cross-functionally within the Brand Team, defining the strategy and value proposal of the brand. They will analyze market, client, and competitor data, and make decisions based on insights and trends. The role involves designing and executing the strategic and tactical process of the Brand Plan/Launch Readiness Plan, promoting creative and innovative ideas, and ensuring excellent implementation of strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Specialized training in Health Sciences
• Minimum experience of 7 years, with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry
• Previous experience in Oncology in marketing and/or sales positions
• Experience and knowledge in Marketing of at least 3 years, including brand management, launches or transversal projects
• Advanced English level C1 or equivalent
• Expert management of digital tools, omnichannel platforms, advanced CRM, data analytics, Power BI, artificial intelligence, and associated marketing automation
