Salesforce Administrator Senior

Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator Senior will design, develop, and troubleshoot moderately complex software and applications in support of establishing a sustainable institutional technological infrastructure. The role requires experience administering Salesforce in a production environment and supporting Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders to translate real operational needs into scalable Salesforce functionality.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of the Salesforce Administrator Senior include declarative configuration, backlog and ticket execution, and day-to-day system enhancement. The role requires a strong understanding of declarative Salesforce development, including configuration, automation, reporting, dashboards, and user management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience administering Salesforce in a production environment
• Experience supporting Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
• Demonstrated working knowledge of declarative Salesforce development
• Experience designing and maintaining data models
• Experience creating and maintaining clear, high-quality documentation
• Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective Salesforce solutions
• Evidence of Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator I certification
• Evidence of Salesforce Platform Administrator II and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
