Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant – AI & Agentforce

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant with AI & Agentforce expertise to design and build intelligent Salesforce solutions that combine business processes, CRM data, automation, and AI-powered agents.

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and building impactful AI & Agentforce solutions, guiding clients through their AI transformation, coaching junior colleagues, and shaping Salesforce AI best practices within a people-first, fast-moving consulting environment.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Salesforce project delivery, ideally in a senior functional or techno-functional consulting role.
• Hands-on experience or strong expertise with Salesforce Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead workshops with business stakeholders, identify high-value AI opportunities, and translate them into Salesforce and Agentforce solution designs.
• Strong understanding of Agentforce concepts, including agents, topics, instructions, actions, reasoning, grounding, context, and guardrails.
• Experience designing agentic use cases across areas such as customer service, sales, employee productivity, or other CRM-driven business processes.
• Ability to design agent interactions and define clear topics, instructions, actions, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Understanding of how Agentforce leverages Salesforce data, Flow, Apex/custom actions, APIs, Data Cloud, knowledge, and other platform capabilities (MCP is a plus!).
• Familiarity with prompt and instruction design, grounding strategies, testing, and optimization of AI-generated outcomes.
• Strong awareness of AI governance, security, permissions, data privacy, trust, and responsible AI principles.
• Strong knowledge of core Salesforce platform capabilities: objects, relationships, Flow, validation rules, permissions, sharing, reports & dashboards.
• Confident in building declarative Salesforce solutions, particularly Flow, data models, Lightning experiences, security models, and automation.
• Comfortable working with technical teams, architects, and developers, understanding when to use standard configuration, Flow, Agentforce actions, integrations, or custom development.
• Able to explain complex AI concepts to business stakeholders in a clear, pragmatic, and business-oriented way.
• Skilled in documentation, training, and change management to drive adoption of AI-powered ways of working.
• Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Consultant…) are strong assets; certifications related to Agentforce / Salesforce AI are a strong plus.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English
